EATING MOUNTAINS

PROPOSAL 4 DAYS (3 NIGHTS)

 01st MAY - JUL(UP TO 15)- AUG (FROM 20) - SEPT – OCT 15th

FOR  GROUPS

 

1st day: Arrival at the hotel***  in Lizzano in Belvedere area.

Dinner and overnight.

 

2nd Day

Early breakfast.

Transfer to Parmesan cheese factory 7.45 and visit. This mature Parmigiano Reggiano won for the second time "World Cheese Award"

After the visit, if the weather is good, short walk to Azienda Agricola “La Casaccia” to know how prepare fresh cheeses like ricotta and after try to become experts cheesemakers. Cheese tasting.

At around 4.00pm cookery lesson on homemade stuffed pasta.

Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

 

3th Day

Breakfast. Transfert to “Azienda Agricola Savigni”. A path of taste starting from the organic farm, where animals live wild, to the modern sausage factory. Light lunch in the farmer. Then Little walk in Chestnuts forest to learn all life of chestnuts from the tree to the mill. Visit an ancient mill and a local artisan beers tasting. Dinner and overnight.

 

4th day: Breakfast and Departures.
